Our Commitment We want you to love your Crafting Jubilee purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at craftingjubilee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
